Since we work nationwide, we represent key candidates located within most markets. In addition, we work with our 125+ office network and are linked in order to provide quality candidates on a timely basis.

At Dunhill Professional Search of Arlington, Inc. our recruiting services are blended, meaning we can deliver strong candidates on a contingency, retained, contract/temp or Interim executive basis.
 

Contingency: Can be the best method when you have a position to fill due to promotion or resignation. We work closely with candidates and company management on interview preparation and debrief, selection, relocation, life style issues and offer package negotiations. You do not owe us a fee unless you hire our candidate.
Retained: This option delivers results when you have an urgent position to fill at the Director, Manager or Senior Level. Due to a confidential replacement, a highly specialized or scarce skill requirement, a multiple-hiring "Emergency", an international position or a position that falls outside the normal corporate hiring expertise. Our retained search works well for our clients because of our concentrated focus on the project and the cost savings when compared to traditional retainer searches. We don't pass on the administrative, travel, hotel, advertising and other costs to our clients. This can be substantial savings because some retainer searches can add an additional 30-40% to the clients expense burden.
Contract: The perfect option if you have a medium or long-term assignments, special project or work overload. Adjust staffing levels to match peak or intermittent demand levels, adhere to corporate head count or hiring freeze, audition new people before making a permanent hiring decision, and turning over the payroll, tax and insurance paperwork to Dunhill.
Interim Executive: It happens - a Director, Manager or key person resigns or will be on special assignment, going to grad school, might be ill but the audit schedule and supervision of the department has to go on uninterrupted. The Interim executive has comparable experience in the "hot seat". The audit plan can unfold and be completed on time and the staff will be managed until the key person returns 3, 6, 12 months later.
